1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with full original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order, attaching a photo of the product.
We will take immediate action to resolve the issue.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the same payment method used for purchase.
For Cash-on-Delivery orders, our team will coordinate the return and refund process directly with you.
3. Exchanges
You may exchange your product for another fragrance of equal or different value, with any price difference adjusted accordingly.
4. Important Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes and caps.
