Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

يمكن إرجاع المنتجات أو استبدالها خلال 7 أيام للتسليم, provided they are in their original, unopened, and unused conditionمع العبوة الأصلية الكاملة.

• لأسباب تتعلق بالنظافة والسلامة، لا يمكننا قبول إرجاع العطور المفتوحة أو المستخدمة.
• إذا استلمت منتجاً تالفاً أو غير صحيح، يرجى الاتصال بفريق الدعم لدينا في غضون 24 hours of receiving your order, attaching a photo of the product. We will take immediate action to resolve the issue.

2. عملية استرداد الأموال

بمجرد الموافقة على طلب الإرجاع، ستتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة في غضون 5-10 أيام عمل عبر نفس طريقة الدفع المستخدمة في عملية الشراء.

You may exchange your product for another fragrance of equal or different value, with any price difference adjusted accordingly. The product must meet the same eligibility criteria mentioned above.
